Eligibility
Facilities that generate less than 5 tons of hazardous waste per year (waste oil is not included in this total) may participate in this training provided that they have a current Hazardous Waste Generator Permit issued by one of the following agencies: Santa Clara County Department of Environmental Health (i.e., HMCD); the City of Gilroy; the City of Mountain View; the City of San Jose; the City of Santa Clara; or the City of Sunnyvale.
There is no charge to attend this training, but advance registration is required. Space is limited, so register early. Some classes are generic, and others are industry-specific.
