Disaster Preparedness and Response
The Consumer Protection Division provides disaster preparedness information to the public regarding safe storage of emergency food and water supplies as well as the safe disposal of sewage following a catastrophic event.
We also provide direct service and information to the public and other government and relief agencies in the days immediately following a major catastrophic event such as fire, flood, or earthquake.
