About Our Travel Clinic - Public Health Department (DEP)

The Travel Clinic will be closed on Friday, July 3rd and Monday, July 6th due to the 4th of July Holiday.

Due to a nationwide shortage of yellow fever vaccine, you must call 408-792-5200 to check on the vaccine availability.

The Travel Clinic nursing staff provides up-to-date health related information about other countries and cities, as well as the recommended immunizations for international travel. This service is offered only at:

Please call 408.792.5200 to see if you are eligible to receive the yellow fever vaccine.

Travel immunizations are available for adults and children (6 months and older). For children 2 years old and under, a written clearance/referral from thier primary care physician must be presented in order to receive the needed travel vaccine(s).

Monday-Friday
8:15 - 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.

The Travel Clinic is closed on weekends and Santa Clara County Holidays.

Please be aware that we charge a clinic fee in addition to individual cost of vaccines administered.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before closing. Clinic may close early if full capacity is reached.
Clinic hours subject to change without prior notification.
Payment is required at the time of service by check or cash only. No insurance is accepted.
